General Information

Property and Evidence:

 

The Milton Police Department is currently storing bicycles and other miscellaneous property that was recovered from either incident investigations or found by residents or police.  If you wish to inquire whether or not the Milton Police Department has your property please contact Corporal Embeck at (570)742-8757 Ext. 603 for bicycle inquiries and Officer Toland at (570)742-8757 Ext. 601 for all other property inquiries.

 

 

 

Police Reports:

 

If you were involved in an incident or motor vehicle crash that was investigated by an officer from the Milton Police Department and require a copy of the report, contact the Police Clerk between 8am and 3:30pm Monday through Friday.  Please allow one to two weeks for the paperwork to be processed prior to request.  Fees for said paperwork are as follows:

 

Accident Reports  -  $15.00

Incident Reports  -  $1.00

 

 

 

MPD Patch Exchange Program:

 

Law Enforcement Agencies - The Milton Police Department will provide a patch to another law enforcment agency at no cost providing the requesting agency makes the request on official letterhead and a patch from the requesting agency is sent in trade. 

 

All Other Requests - The Milton Police Department will provide a patch to private individual collectors upon receiving a mailing address along with a check or money order made out to the Milton Police Department in the amount of three dollars($3.00) to cover patch and shipping and handling costs.  Unfortunately at this time we are unable to do international trading.
